Next update for when V3.0 is released:

For Sliveer, it turns out that you can also perform the Down Special by doing the Up Special input while on ground. This actually is a good thing that I'm keeping. With that said:

Sliveer
Buff: Down Special: Zero - Up Special input for this move can now be perform in the air, too.
Fix: Intro no longer ends early and Sliveer will now move when the Round Count appears.
